1) The tablets will be delivered at the branch and classes address selected

2) Money once paid will not refunded under any cirumstances

3) Device will be delivered within 6 weeks subject to successful clearing of payment

4) If student selects only app, only SD card will be provided, not the locking software

5) Tablets have 1year factory warranty subject to conditions mentioned in the website or in the booklet inside tab

6) Any service / repair will have to be taken to nearest authorized service centre as given in the booklet inside tab

7) If the student accidentally or otherwise selects “Factory reset”option then the app will get uninstalled for which
“MVidya Mobile Learning Private Limited” will not be responsible.
Request for installation will be treated as a new installation and no money will be refunded or adjusted against previous installation.
